Welcome to Tagna Technologies Private Limited ("Tagna," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including the Tagna RankMate platform, websites, and related applications (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of our Services, you:
- Confirm that you are at least 13 years of age
- Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations
- Accept our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference
- Acknowledge that we may modify these Terms at any time, with notice provided through our Services
2. Description of Services
Tagna provides AI-powered education technology services, including:
- RankMate: AI-driven rank prediction, exam preparation, and personalized study recommendations
- Learning Resources: Educational content, courses, and skill development programs
- Career Services: Job listings, career guidance, and professional development tools
- Community Features: Networking, collaboration, and peer learning opportunities
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, with or without notice.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
4. Acceptable Use
When using our Services, you agree NOT to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Share false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers/networks connected to the Services

- Post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Content
All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, algorithms, and AI models, are owned by Tagna and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to our Services. However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.
5.3 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about our Services become our property, and we may use them without any obligation to you.
6. Payment and Subscriptions
Certain features of our Services may require payment. By purchasing a subscription or paid service:
- You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
7. Refund & Cancellation
7.1 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation is processed
- You will retain access to paid features until your subscription expires
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid automatic renewal
7.2 Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Within 7 Days: Full refund available if you are unsatisfied with our Services, provided you have not substantially used the paid features
- Technical Issues: Refunds may be granted if persistent technical problems prevent you from accessing paid Services, and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe
- Duplicate Payments: Accidental duplicate payments will be fully refunded upon verification
- Unauthorized Charges: Refunds will be issued for any unauthorized transactions reported within 30 days
7.3 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Partially used subscription periods (beyond the 7-day refund window)
- One-time purchases for digital content already accessed or downloaded
- Services rendered for exam preparation or predictions already utilized
- Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
7.4 Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team at harish@tagna.in with your account details and reason for the refund request
- Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7-10 business days
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval
- We reserve the right to request additional information to verify the refund request
8. Disclaimers and Limitations
8.1 No Guarantee of Results
While we strive to provide accurate predictions and valuable learning resources, we cannot guarantee any specific results, exam outcomes, or job placements. RankMate predictions are estimates based on historical data and should be used as guidance, not guarantees.
8.2 "As Is" Basis
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8.3 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tagna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use our Services
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your personal information
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through our Services
- Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tagna, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content you submit or share through our Services
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services at any time, without notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Extended periods of inactivity
- At our sole discretion for business or legal reasons
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hassan, Karnataka, India.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:
- Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
- Sending an email notification to your registered email address
- Displaying a prominent notice within our Services
Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tagna regarding our Services.
13.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
